Shipping

Order Processing — Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, allow up to 48–72 hours.

Expedited Shipping — Must be placed before 12 PM Eastern to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Free Shipping — On orders over $150 within the Continental U.S.

Flat Rate — $9.95 for orders under $150 within the Continental U.S.

Expedited & Overnight — Available at checkout.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our returns portal and follow the prompts to select Refund or Exchange.

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Returned in original packaging with tags (for apparel)
  • Shelf-ready and free of odors or damage

Return Shipping — Flat rate of $7.95 deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label is provided after approval. Include your packing slip inside the package.

Refunds are issued within 72 hours of inspection. Allow additional time for your bank to process.
Returning Grippy Shoes? Place in the mesh bag they came with and return in a poly mailer. No box needed.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Start via our returns portal — same process as a return. Select Exchange and specify the item you'd like to receive. We ship your exchange at no cost once we receive and inspect your return. Include your packing slip, order number, and name inside the package.

Defective Merchandise

If your product arrives defective, contact us within 24 hours.

90-Day Warranty — All purchases are covered against manufacturing defects. Return of the defective item is not required.

International orders: Provide photo proof within 90 days. Once approved, a replacement will be sent. Shipping costs and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Lost Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery to your address, the order is considered fulfilled. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages shown as delivered.
For apartments or properties with shared mail areas, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for outbound shipping, return shipping, and all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Please size carefully before ordering — return and exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Warranty replacements: customer covers all shipping costs. We do not cover duties or customs fees on replacements.
  • We'll do our best to minimize duty charges on replacements, though this is outside our control.
