Try them on indoors for fit only. Returns must be unworn, clean, and in new condition.

  • Performance Skins: original mesh bag with tag (if supplied) and packing slip. Poly mailer OK, no shoe box needed.
  • Apparel & accessories: unused, unwashed, tags on, original packaging, packing slip.
  • US return shipping: $7.95 flat, deducted from your refund. Prepaid label after approval.

Every pair of Barreletics Performance Skins is backed by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Return of the defective item is usually not required.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by use or improper care are not covered.

Exchanges

Size exchanges

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size? A size exchange is often faster than a refund. Start through the same returns portal and select Exchange.

We ship your exchange at no cost to you once we receive and inspect the return.

International

International orders & returns

Duties and taxes are charged at checkout: in most cases there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

If you need to send something back from outside the US, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Warranty replacements are the same: the customer covers shipping and any duties on the replacement.

How much is return shipping?

US returns are $7.95 flat, deducted from the refund. Prepaid label after approval. Size exchanges: we cover shipping the exchange pair once your return is inspected.

Are wet or slippery floors okay?

Wet tile, wet stone, and other slick floors are slippery for any footwear. Always check the surface before you trust it.
