Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free Shipping
Free shipping within the Continental U.S. on orders over $150.

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $9.95 within the Continental U.S.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Start a Return (log into your customer account)

Follow the prompts to select Refund or Exchange.

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Returned in original packaging with tags (for apparel).
  • Shelf-ready and free of odors or damage.

Returning Grippy Shoes?
Put your shoes in the mesh bag they came with and return them in a poly mailer. No box needed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • All U.S. returns are a $7.95 flat rate.
  • The $7.95 fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Returns use a prepaid return label provided after approval.
  • Include your packing slip inside the package.

Refunds are issued within 72 hours of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

All returns and exchanges start the same way — click Start an Exchange in your customer account.

HOW EXCHANGES WORK

  • We ship your exchange at no cost to you once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Submit an exchange request through your customer account.
  • Specify the item you’d like to receive.
  • Include your packing slip, order number, and your name inside the package.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If your product arrives defective, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms delivery, the package is considered delivered.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Wait 2 business days
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your carrier
  • Contact Us

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international shipments, customers are responsible for outbound shipping, return shipping, and any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Check with your local government to understand how these charges may apply when receiving or returning items.
