Return Guidelines
Unused items purchased on Barreletics.com may be returned in their original packaging with tags when applicable, and "shelf-ready."
Items must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
- All original tags must be attached (for apparel)
- Returning Grippy Shoes? Just pop them in the mesh bag they came with, seal in a poly mailer, and you're done—no box required!
Return Shipping Costs
- All U.S. returns and exchanges are $7.95 flat rate
- For returns, we'll deduct the $7.95 from your refund amount
- Items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our warehouse
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 72 hours (though it may take up to 10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank)
Exchanges
- Enjoy one free exchange on every purchase!
- Simply pay $7.95 to ship your item back, and we'll send your exchange to you with free shipping
- Contact us within 24 hours if you receive defective merchandise—we'll make it right
- If we can't complete your exchange, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method
Defective Merchandise
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once tracking confirms delivery to your address, the package is considered successfully delivered and is no longer our responsibility
- For multi-unit buildings where packages may be left in common areas, please monitor your tracking and retrieve packages promptly—we cannot be responsible for packages in shared delivery locations
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 2 business days and check with neighbors, building management, or your carrier before contacting us
