I was dreading going back to Pilates after a spinal fusion because I felt like grip socks were not going to cut it. I had never found a pair of grip socks that wouldn’t slip a bit while doing bridges on the chair or reformer so I started looking for something that would help alleviate my fears. This seemed like the perfect option. Not only do they not skip, they’ve allowed for a more intuitive grip while bridging that has eliminated any hamstring pain I was experiencing before. It helped me really make a better connection with my feet and positioning across the board. I bought two pairs, so that if have a back up. I haven’t needed to use them because of the minimal wear and tear on the pair I wear regularly. It’s been 295 classes with one pair. That second pair? I’ve now started loaning them to people in my Pilates classes (I wash them of course!) and people have been amazed with the difference in connection of their bodies in class.

I deal with arthritis at the ball of both feet and these shoes are so helpful! Total game changer, I highly recommend for yoga and Pilates

Honestly this is the second pair I’m buying love them ssooo much got a lot of use out of it and I bought a third lasted me a year used it almost every day !

Fantastic for my 7-8x/week Pilates and are always sticky (vs Pilates socks) and I love them for my workouts! Perfect!

This pair is my second purchased - my first having been purchased almost 4 years ago. The reason for the second pair is purely color! I love blue but wanted to change it up from time to time. I must say these are truly valuable to my Pilates practice - I refuse to wear anything else - the security that is provided is unmatched. They are also durable and easy to clean. (Let me say the 'older ones' show no signs of wear). I am a former ballet dancer who is ultra picky with what is worn on my feet and these are perfect!. They are always noticed by others and I am always highly recommending. Thank you!!!

I use these for Pilates and grip socks ARE useless compared to these shoes. They even help me with my balance! I have the dark and light grey and I wish they had a neutral skin color because I would buy those too! :)

I was stunned by the quality of the yoga pants. Truly a luxurious fabric that is more substantial than other name brand pants I own by a long shot. They are almost silk-like soft, they do not pill from what I have seen thus far and are not sheer or see thru. I sized down as suggested and they fit perfect!

I was a little skeptical at first. The moment I put them on, I knew I had made a great choice. I was worried that my feet would slip around inside the Barreletics, they do not. They are exactly what I wanted and needed. I also received a lot of great help with my questions on sizing. They feel great on my feet. Like nothing at all! Works for me.

I looked at these Pilates shoes for over a year thinking “Way too expensive.” Well, I can't tell you how much I spent on Pilates socks that got ruined and stretched out of shape in no time. I was looking for a "good" pair of Pilates socks and came across what I thought was a ridiculously priced alternative. I sat on the idea for a couple of weeks but finally decided to take the plunge. I did sign up for an account for a 10% discount but I still held my breath until they arrived. After my first class my reaction was: absolutely worth it.

I am a full time Barre instructor and teach on a variety of surfaces and mats - these provide the perfect level of grip and support and fit like a glove! YES! Finally a good durable barre shoe!

I cannot tolerate toe socks, and I needed something that makes me feel safe on the reformer. It has to be something I can wear that allows my toes to splay, doesn't but doesn't have to be replaced all the time, like grippy socks. These silicone sandal/shoes are perfect. The entire sole grips, and feels very secure when I work out. They clean easily with soap and water, and feel like they will last a good long while. The only downside is they are harder to put on and take off but the straps can be adjusted to fit around the shape of the foot. They are pricey, but I have easily spent over $100 on grippy socks at my studio, so in the long run, it's worth it. Yep. Buy them.

I'll admit I was skeptical spending so much on a pair of "socks", however these were so worth it in the end. These grip the floor in class while doing lunges and side planks that you're not budging. In the usual half toe socks I'd wear, you'd get a toe wedgie and/or start sliding which does not help with stability in class. I can't wait until the black comes back in stock on my size. These are worth the price for all the grip socks I've replaced for losing grip or just not being the right fit/style I needed. And these look super cute on your feet! Another person in class already complimented how cute they were!
