LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Unfortunately, packages can sometimes be prematurely marked "delivered" by our shipping partners. They typically end up being delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please contact our customer service team.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND EXCHANGES
If you received defective merchandise, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please describe the defect along with your contact information so we can quickly resolve any issues.
Refunds will be automatically issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange, we will automatically refund you and notify you via email.
All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you use a traceable shipping service. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
