Defective Items and Exchanges
If you received defective merchandise, email email@example.com or fill out the contact us form within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please describe the defect along with your contact information so we can quickly resolve any issues.
Refunds will be automatically issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange, we will automatically refund you and notify you via email.
All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
