Fit Notes
- If you wear 7.5–8 with a wide foot, size up to Large
- If you wear 7.5–8 with a narrow foot, size down to Medium
- Coral and Dark Shadow colors have a slightly more snug fit
- Black and Light Grey are the most forgiving for wider feet; all colors are designed to stretch
- For men up to size 10.5: choose Large. For a more forgiving fit, select Black or Light Grey unless you wear a smaller size.
- For proper fit, the performance skin should sit where the ball of your foot meets your toes. Gently tug the top edge where it meets the ankle and top of the foot for correct placement.

Performance Skins come in two sizes: Medium and Large. No small — the material stretches and conforms to your foot.

Fit Tips
Between sizes or wide foot? +
If you wear 7.5–8 with a wide foot, size up to Large. If you wear 7.5–8 with a narrow foot, size down to Medium.
Which colors run snugger? +
Dark Grey, Hot Coral, and Blue tend to run snugger. Black and Light Grey are the most forgiving for wider feet.
Sizing for men +
Men up to size 10.5 → choose Large. Medium does not accommodate men's sizing. Black or Light Grey tend to feel most forgiving.
How to place them correctly +
Place the shoe so the ball of your foot sits where the foot meets the toes. Gently adjust the top edge at the ankle for correct placement.
How Do I Put On My Grippy Shoes?
Pull from the top of the foot — not the straps — to help extend their lifespan.
After class
When you wipe down your equipment, give your Barreletics a quick pass with the same wipe.
Cleaning
Warm soapy water, rinse well, air dry. No machine washing.
30 Day Returns
How to start a return or exchange
Visit our returns portal within 30 days of delivery. Select Refund or Exchange and follow the prompts.
Condition
Performance Skin Grippy Shoes: You have 30 days to try them indoors only. Returns must be clean and like new, with no outdoor wear, sole damage, stains, or heavy use. Please return them in the mesh bag with the tag and packing slip. A poly mailer is OK — no shoe box required.
Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging with the packing slip.
Return shipping
$7.95 flat rate deducted from your refund. Prepaid label provided after approval. Include your packing slip.
Exchanges
We ship your exchange free once we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds
Issued within 72 hours of inspection. Allow additional time for your bank to process.
90 Day Warranty
All purchases include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right within 90 days of delivery, contact us and we'll take care of it. Return of the defective item is not required in most cases.

International orders
A quick photo helps us resolve things faster and confirm it's not a sizing issue. Once we can see the issue we'll get a replacement out to you — shipping costs and any duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
