Pull from the top of the foot — not the straps — to help extend their lifespan.

Warm soapy water, rinse well, air dry. No machine washing.

30 Day Returns
How to start a return or exchange
Visit our returns portal within 30 days of delivery. Select Refund or Exchange and follow the prompts.
Condition
Performance Skin Grippy Shoes: You have 30 days to try them indoors only. Returns must be clean and like new, with no outdoor wear, sole damage, stains, or heavy use. Please return them in the mesh bag with the tag and packing slip. A poly mailer is OK — no shoe box required.
Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging with the packing slip.
Return shipping
$7.95 flat rate deducted from your refund. Prepaid label provided after approval. Include your packing slip.

We ship your exchange free once we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds
Issued within 72 hours of inspection. Allow additional time for your bank to process.
90 Day Warranty
All purchases include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right within 90 days of delivery, contact us and we'll take care of it. Return of the defective item is not required in most cases.

International orders
A quick photo helps us resolve things faster and confirm it's not a sizing issue. Once we can see the issue we'll get a replacement out to you — shipping costs and any duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
