RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

All returns and exchanges begin the same way — click Start a Return in your customer account, then choose Refund or Exchange during the process.

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Returned in original packaging with tags (for apparel).
  • Shelf-ready and free of odors or damage.

Returning Grippy Shoes?
Put your shoes in the mesh bag they came with and return them in a poly mailer. No box needed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • All U.S. returns are a $7.95 flat rate.
  • The $7.95 fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Returns use a prepaid return label provided after approval.
  • Include your packing slip inside the package.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after inspection (bank timelines may vary).

EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from delivery to start an exchange.

All returns and exchanges start the same way — click Start an Exchange in your customer account, then select Return.

HOW EXCHANGES WORK

We ship your exchange at no cost to you once we receive and inspect your return.
You are responsible for the shipping cost to send your item back.

  1. Submit an exchange request through your customer account.

  2. Specify the item you’d like to receive.

  3. Once approved, ship your item back using any carrier you prefer.

  4. Include your packing slip, order number, and your name inside the package.

Friendly Tip: To save on shipping costs, return your Grippy Shoes in the mesh bag they arrived in, placed inside any poly mailer — no need to return the box.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms delivery, the package is considered delivered.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for outbound shipping, return shipping, and any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
