RETURNS
Contact Us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Unused items purchased on Barreletics.com may be returned if they are in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging, and “shelf-ready.”
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Tracking information is included in our shipment confirmation emails to help you monitor the status of your package. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please allow 2 business days for final delivery. If the package does not arrive within that time frame, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Defective Items and Exchanges
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a description of the defect and your contact information, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email notification.
Return Suggestions
Until we receive your return at our warehouse, the item remains your responsibility. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping service to return items. Please note, we are not liable for items returned to us in error.
